What Insights is

  • Insights is a discovery app. We write short, original syntheses of ideas drawn from published thinking — checked for accuracy, credited to the thinker they came from, and linked to the original work so you can read more. It is available on the Apple App Store.

Managing your subscription

  • Insights Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, billed by Apple. Card packs are a one-off purchase that do not renew.

  • To manage or cancel, open iOS Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Insights. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.

  • Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple. For refund requests, use Apple's Report a Problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
